TRADECHOLOGY SWEEPSTAKES – OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor and Administrator:
The Tradechology Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is sponsored and administered by Tradechology LLC (“Company”), located at 1516 S Wabash Ave, Chicago, IL 60605. For questions or complaints regarding the Promotion, please contact: support@tradechology.com.
2. Promotion Period:
The Promotion begins at the start of the campaign and ends on 15 Aug 2025 11:30pm (UTC - 5). Entries received after this date will not be considered.
3. Eligibility:
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of Tradechology LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
4. How to Enter:
To enter, participants must complete the entry form on the Promotion landing page and agree to receive promotional emails. Additional entries can be earned by sharing a unique referral link and receiving signups through that link. Limit one initial entry per person.
5. No Purchase Necessary:
There is no purchase required to enter or win. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
6. Prize:
One (1) winner will receive the Ultimate Back to School Toolkit, which may include items such as an iPad with Apple Pencil, a $250 gift card, access to Tradechology’s Family Plan, and other related items. The actual value and appearance of the prize may vary. Prize is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and no substitutions are permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Company.
7. Winner Selection and Notification:
The winner will be selected randomly by a computer-generated process within four (4) weeks of the Promotion’s end date. The winner will be notified via email. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, another winner may be selected.
8. Taxes:
Any federal, state, or local taxes associated with the receipt or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Company will comply with applicable tax reporting requirements.
9. Conduct and Personal Data:
Participants must provide accurate and truthful information. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or acts in violation of these rules. Participant data will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Promotion and delivering prizes and will be handled in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.
10. Right to Cancel or Modify Promotion:
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion in the event of fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond the Company’s reasonable control that impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.
11. Publicity Release:
Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes consent for the Company to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further compensation or approval.
12. Limitations of Liability:
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any claims, liability, or damages arising from participation in the Promotion or the acceptance or use of the prize.
13. Disqualification:
Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or generated by bots or automated systems will be disqualified. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant found tampering with the entry process.
14. Governing Law:
All disputes related to the Promotion will be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois without regard to conflict of law principles. All legal proceedings shall be conducted in a court of competent jurisdiction in Cook County, Illinois.
15. Winner List:
To request the name of the winner, send an email to support@tradechology.com within 30 days after the end of the Promotion.
